REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
December 8, 2010
Present: G. Casiello, Chair; J. Shaban, J. Ventricelli, B. Gordon, M. Sanford and alternates G. Miyashiro & T. Ogonek
Also present: R. Flanagan, ZEO and one member of the public
Mr. Casiello called the regular meeting to order at 8:45 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: move to accept the minutes of the Public Hearing of November 10, 2010 as corrected. Sanford, Ventricelli. Approved. Unanimous

Application 10-03Z, Town of Redding for Special Permit and Site Plan Review for Community Center Athletic Field. The applicant has requested a 35-day extension and the extension was granted. The public hearing will be continued on January 12, 2011.
Application 10-05Z, Brookside Preschool LLC, 7 Long Ridge Road, review, accept and schedule a Public Hearing for a Special Permit and Site Plan review for a private school.
Motion: move that the Zoning Commission accepted the application and scheduled a Public Hearing for January 12, 2011. Sanford, Ventricelli. Approved. Unanimous.
CORRESPONDENCE
A letter was received from Dr. Benyei regarding farming. The letter requests that the Zoning Commission amend the farming regulations. Mr. Casiello stated that the Zoning Commission should work on defining “farm” for the zoning regulations.

Motion: move that the Zoning Commission meeting be adjourned. Shaban, Ventricelli. Approved. Unanimous.
