The meeting was called to order at 8:36 p.m.
Ted Ogonek was seated for Ben Gordon.
1) Approval of Public Hearing Minutes October 13, 2010
MOTION: Made by Mr. Ventricelli and seconded by Mr. Shaban to approve as submitted. Carried unanimous.
2) Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes October 13, 2010.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Ventricelli and seconded by Mr. Shaban to approve as submitted. Carried unanimous.
3)Application 10-03Z- Town of Redding, 100 Hill Road - Deliberations for Special permit and Site Plan Review for Community Center Athletic Field
The Public Hearing was continued to December 8, 2010
4) Application 10-04Z - Georgetown Holiday Festival Committee- Discuss with Commission a renewal for a Limited Duration Permit for Main Street Georgetown’s 2010 Holiday Festival to be held on December 5, 2010 with a rain date of December 11, 2010 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. Previously held December 6, 2009.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Sanford and seconded by Mr. Ventricelli to approve. Carried unanimous.
Discussion: 1) Electronic regulations near completion for distribution.
