ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
September 22, 2010
Present: G. Casiello, Chair; A. Atamian, J. Shaban, J. Ventricelli
Also present: R. Flanagan, ZEO, and a representative of the Redding Pilot
Ms. Atamian was seated for Mr. Sanford.
Mr. Casiello called the regular meeting to order at 8:45pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: move that the minutes of the Public Hearing of September 8, 2010 be accepted as submitted. Shaban, Ventricelli. Approved. Unanimous.
Motion: move that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 8, 2010 be accepted as corrected. Shaban, Ventricelli. Approved. Unanimous.
Correction: Mr. Gordon was not present for the meeting.
APPLICATION 10-02 Calvary Independent Baptist Church (CIBC Holding Corp)., 711/715 Redding Road
Board members discussed the conditions for the approval of the application.
Motion: move that the Zoning Commission approve Application 10-02 for the Calvary Independent Baptist Church at 711/715 Redding Road with the following conditions:
1.~ A second row of 8 foot buffer trees be added behind and between the existing 4 foot trees;
2.~ Details of the lighting used in the proposed lighting plan be submitted;
3.~ A driveway for emergency fire/safety use as requested by the West Redding Fire Department be added to the plan.
Motion by Shaban, seconded by Ventricelli. Approved. Unanimous.
FUTURE AGENDA
Application 10-01, Johannes P. Van Brakel & Tricia L. Nelson, 9 Great Pond Lane, Special Permit and Site Plan Review. Public Hearing is scheduled for October 13, 2010.
