Present: Gerry Casiello, Chairman, Marshall Sanford, Joe Ventricelli, Amy Atamian, John Shaban
Absent: Gary Miyashiro, Ben Gordon, Bob Flanagan, ZEO
REGULAR MEETING
Mr. Casiello seated Ms. Atamian for Mr. Gordon. The meeting was called to order at 7:40 pm
1. Approval of minutes, October 28, 2009
Motion: made by Mr. Sanford, seconded by Mr. Ventricelli to accept minutes as submitted. Motion unanimously approved.
2. Georgetown Holiday Festival: Discuss with Commission a Limited Duration Special Permit for “Main Street Georgetown’s 2009 Holiday Festival” to be held on Sunday December 6, 2009, with a rain date of Sunday, December 12, 2009 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Motion: move to grant the Limited Duration Special Permit for the event. Sanford, Shaban. Approved. Unanimous.
Discussion: the Commission briefly discussed the issue of regulations regarding noise and cell towers.
