Present: ~~Gerry Casiello, Chairman; Ben Gordon, Marshall Sanford, Joe Ventricelli; Amy Atamian, Gary Miyishiro
Absent: ~ John Shaban; Bob Flanagan, ZEO
REGULAR MEETING
Mr. Casiello seated Mr. Miyashiro was seated for Mr. Shaban and Ms. Atamian was seated for Mr. Sanford, who arrived after the meeting began.
1. Approval of Amended Public Hearing Minutes from until September 23, 2009.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Gordon and seconded by Mr. Ventricelli to accept the minutes as amended. Motion carried.
2. Approval of Public Hearing Minutes October 14, 2009.
MOTION: Made by Ms. Atamian and seconded by Mr. Ventricelli to accept the minutes as amended. Motion carried.
3. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes October 14, 2009.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Gordon and seconded by Ms. Atamian to accept the minutes as amended. Motion carried.
4. Georgetown 2009 Holiday Festival – Main Street - Discuss with Commission a Limited Duration Special Permit for “Main Street Georgetown’s 2009 Holiday Festival” to be held on Sunday December 6, 2009 with a rain date of Sunday December 12, 2009 from 11:00am to 9:00pm. Never held before.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Gordon and seconded by Mr. Sanford to accept the application and schedule a public hearing for November 11, 2009. Carried unanimous.
5. Sixty Redding Road LLC, 60 Redding Road – Discuss with Commission an Amendment to Site Plan.
Elio Cavecchia presented the application and answered questions from the Commission. The only change is to the gravel parking area, with added spaces, and a small patio area with seats for 12-15 patrons.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Ventricelli and seconded by Mr. Sanford to accept the special permit changes subject to review by the Zoning Enforcement Officer of the plan for parking. Carried unanimous.
6. Discussion – The Commission briefly discussed the concept of a noise ordinance.
