Present: ~~ Gerry Casiello, Chairman; John Shaban, Vice Chairman; Ben Gordon, Secretary; Marshall Sanford; Joe Ventricelli, Gary Miyashiro
Absent: Bob Flanagan, ZEO; Amy Atamian
1) Approval of Public Hearing Minutes on January 14, 2009
MOTION: Made by Mr. Sanford and seconded by Mr. Shaban to approve as amended to change Mr. Casiello from Acting Chairman to Chairman. Carried unanimous.
2) Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes from January 14, 2009.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Sanford and seconded by Mr. Shaban to approve as amended to change Mr. Casiello from Acting Chairman to Chairman. Carried unanimous.
3) Ridgefield Montessori School- Discuss with Commission a Site Plan for a Pre-school at 241 Ethan Allen Highway, Redding. Continuation of Public Hearing.
The Commission unanimously voted to approve a 30 day extension to March 11, 2009.
4) Timothy and Irene Brennan, 28 Bridle Road, Redding- Discuss with Commission a Special Use Application for a Residential Apartment
Michael Cusato, Architect for the applicant, presented plans for a proposed barn/silo which will hold a garage on the first floor and a 528 square foot apartment on the second floor.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Sanford and seconded by Mr. Ventricelli to schedule a Public Hearing for March 11, 2009.Carried unanimous.
5) Candace Benyei, 29 Giles Hill Road- Discuss with Commission a Special permit Application to enlarge their livestock farm including building an outdoor riding arena, 29 Giles Hill Road
The application withdrew prior to the meeting.
