PUBLIC HEARING
60 Redding Road, LLC, 60 Redding Road- Discuss with the Commission a Site Plan Approval for addition to existing building at 60 Redding Road.
Richard Contois from L. Edwards Associates, LLC presented the site plan to the Commission. Mr. Contois addressed comments in a letter from Malone and McBroom dated September 22, 2008. Among the highlights were plantings, parking, the rock ledge, and fencing to protect the parking lot during construction. Both Mr. Contois and Mr. Cavecchia, the property owner, said that blasting is not anticipated for rock removal along the ledge. The DOT has the current site plan and so far has no issues. The project has not yet gained DOT authorization, which will be required by the Commission. Mr. Contois also discussed a maintenance agreement and the installation of a sidewalk. The Commission wanted more information about the nature of the rock ledge and traffic flow in the parking area shared with the TD North Bank.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Ventricelli and seconded by Mr. Shaban to continue the public hearing to October 8, 2008. Carried unanimous.
The public hearing ended at 8:03 p.m.
