Zoning Commission Minutes 07/23/2008

Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes on July 9, 2008
MOTION: Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Sanford to approve. Carried unanimously.


Redding Center Firehouse, 105 Hill Road- Discuss with Commission a Special Permit Application for proposed alterations and additions.
Mr. Sanford recused himself from hearing this item and Mr. Miyashiro was seated.
A Public Hearing was set for September 10, 2008.

Redding Republican Town Committee- Discuss with Commission a Limited Duration Permit for Annual Pig Roast to be held on October 5, 2008 at the Boys and Girls Club on Cross Highway. Previously held last year.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Gordon and seconded by Mr. Sanford to approve. Carried unanimous.

Sixty Redding Road, LLC, 60 Redding Road- Discuss with Commission a Site Plan Approval for addition to existing building at 60 Redding Road.
A Public Hearing was set for September 10, 2008.

MOTION:  Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Gordon to accept the application and set a public hearing for September 10, 2008.

Georgetown Land Development- Discuss with Commission Modifications to Master Plan and Master Site Plan Approval.

MOTION: Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Gordon to approve. Carried unanimously.

- Public Hearing August 13, 2008- New Pond Farm, 101 Marchant Road- Discuss with    
 Commission Limited Duration Permit for the Invitational Art Show, from Saturday June 13,    
 2009 through Friday June 26, 2009, hours between 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. in the Learning
 Center. Not previously held before.
- A letter received from the Georgetown Farmers Market regarding a second proposed Farmers Market
- FOI request for zoning records regarding 626 Redding Road
