Approval of Minutes from Public Hearing on June 11, 2008
MOTION: Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Gordon to approve.
Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes on June 11, 2008
MOTION: Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Gordon to approve.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Sanford to reschedule the public hearing for 108 Black Rock Turnpike for August 13.
New Pond Farm, 101 Marchant Road – Discuss with Commission Limited Duration Permit for Annual Harvest Festival to be held on Saturday, October 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a rain date of Sunday October 19th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Previously held last year.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Gordon to approve the application. Carried unanimous.
New Pond Farm, 101 Marchant Road- Discuss with Commission Limited Duration permit for “Invitational Art Show” from Saturday June 13 2009 through Friday June 26, 2009; hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Learning Center. Not previously held before.
MOTION: Made by Mr. Casiello and seconded by Mr. Sanford to schedule a public hearing for Wednesday, August 13, 2008. Carried unanimous.
Discussion- Real Estate Signs
Mr. Flanagan presented his report to the Commission. He briefly discussed his plan of action and pointed out that realtors have been cooperative overall. He is hoping for eventual full compliance and will update the Commission at the August 13th meeting.
