Approval of Public Hearing Minutes January 9, 2008.

Michael Greenberg, 292 Post Road East, Westport – Discuss with Commission a Site Plan Approval for a 2 Story Office Building on 4 Old Mill Road, Georgetown. Public Hearing scheduled for February 13, 2008.
Grace MacFarland, 108 Blackrock Turnpike – Discuss with Commission a Site Plan Approval for renting an apartment in the lower level of her home.
Mr. Flanagan explained that a complaint was received by the Zoning Office with regard to an illegal apartment at 108 Blackrock Turnpike. The property is owned by Grace MacFarland who was present. Insufficient documentation was submitted with the application and Mr. Taylor requested that more detailed information be submitted in the form of a drawing to include the location of the apartment, its size and parking. Ms. MacFarland will resubmit with the proper documentation.
Discussion – Michael Greenberg, 292 Post Road East, Westport – Discuss with Commission putting in a boutique (women apparel) at the existing Blue Building at 4 Old Mill Road.
After signage details are resolved for this boutique, it can be approved administratively.
Future Agenda –
Public Hearing on February 13, 2008.
Mr. Flanagan reported that a real estate agent from a local agency will attend a future meeting to address real estate sign regulations.
