PUBLIC HEARING
1. Kristin and Grant Mudge, 196 Lonetown Road, Special Permit for a Residential Apartment
Mr. Gordon read the legal notice into the record. Amy Atamian was seated for Mr. Sanford.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to accept the call for the public hearing for the special permit for a residential apartment submitted by Kristin and Grant Mudge, 196 Lonetown Road and open the public hearing at 7:42 p.m. Ms. Atamian seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
Mark Giumarra was present for the application and explained that the property consists of 4.74 acres and the structure exists, but needs some work to complete. It is approximately 600 square feet and the permit is for an apartment. They are double the setback requirements.
There was no one from the public wishing to speak on this application.
The Planning Commission has submitted a recommendation of approval.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to close the public hearing for a special permit for a residential apartment submitted by Kristin and Grant Mudge, 196 Lonetown Road. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
