1. FOUR CORNERS, LLC, 4 OLD MILL ROAD-SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR OFFICE AND RETAIL STORE ON 4 OLD MILL ROAD, GEORGETOWN
Mr. Gordon read the legal notice into the record.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to reconvene the public hearing for Four Corners, LLC-4 Old Mill Road for a site plan approval for office and retail store on 4 Old Mill Road AT 7:30 p.m. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
A withdrawal letter was submitted to the Commission from the applicant.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion accept the withdrawal of the application for Four Corners, LLC-4 Old Mill Road. Mr. Shaban seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
