PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Highstead Foundation, Inc., 127 Lonetown Road-Site Plan Approval to propose addition to headquarters
Mr. Gordon read the legal notice into the record.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to open the public hearing for Highstead Foundation, Inc., 127 Lonetown Road for a site plan approval for an addition to their headquarters. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
The applicant explained that the proposal is for an addition on the north end of the building which will have the same character as the barn. The parking and the driveway will remain the same. The use of the building will remain the same, it will only provide more working space for the existing staff and one new staff member.
There was no one from the public wishing to speak on this application.
The only correspondence was from the Planning Commission recommending to approve the application.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to close the public hearing for Highstead Foundation, Inc., 127 Lonetown Road for a site plan approval for an addition to their headquarters. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
