REDDING ZONING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 6, 2007

Absent: Shaban
Also present: Tom Gormley, Zoning Enforcement Officer, nine members of the public and a representative of the Redding Pilot.
Mr. Taylor called the Special Meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
CALL OF THE MEETING
Discussion and vote on Riverbend Application for Affordable Housing applied for development under provisions of CGS 8.30g. Gordon, Casiello. Approved Unanimous.
Discussion of the draft decision was discussed. One minor change was incorporated into the document.
Motion: That the Redding Zoning Commission approve the document “Denial of the Riverbend Application for Affordable Housing applied for development under provisions of CGS 8.30g” as discussed, published and amended September 6, 2007. Casiello, Gordon. Approved. Unanimous.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion: That the Redding Zoning Commission Special Meeting be adjourned. Sanford, Casiello. Approved. Unanimous.
