PUBLIC HEARING
Four Corners, LLC, 4 Old Mill Road
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to open the public hearing for Four Corners, LLC-4 Old Mill Road for a site plan approval for office and retail store on 4 Old Mill Road. Mr. Ventricelli seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
Chairman Taylor opened the public hearing at 7:30 p.m. and seated Amy Atamian for Marshall Sanford.
The applicant submitted a letter granting a 35 day extension to their public hearing as they were unable to attend.
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion continue the public hearing for Four Corners, LLC-4 Old Mill Road for a site plan approval for office and retail store on 4 Old Mill Road. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
