MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to open the public hearing for Four Corners, LLC-4 Old Mill Road for a site plan approval for office and retail store on 4 Old Mill Road. Mr. Ventricelli seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion continue the public hearing for Four Corners, LLC-4 Old Mill Road for a site plan approval for office and retail store on 4 Old Mill Road. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to accept the minutes of the Regular meeting of July 25, 2007 as submitted. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to enter Executive Session at 7:33 p.m. to discuss strategy with respect to enforcement and implementation of the Zoning Commission’s legal rights in relation to the obligation imposed by the Affordable Housing Statute. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion to come out of Executive Session at 8:08 p.m. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to schedule a special meeting on August 20, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. to review the documentation for the Reeda B. Harsche application. Mr. Ventricelli seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 p.m. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
