MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to reconvene the public hearing for the application submitted by Reeda B. Harsche Three Levels Corp. 626 Redding Road for a site plan to change the zone from R-2 to RV on a 14 acre parcel at 626 Redding Road and Gallows Hill Road at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to continue the public hearing for the application submitted by Reeda B. Harsche Three Levels Corp. 626 Redding Road for a site plan to change the zone from R-2 to RV on a 14 acre parcel at 626 Redding Road and Gallows Hill Road until their next regularly scheduled meeting of July 11, 2007. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to accept the minutes of the Public Hearing of June 13, 2007 as submitted. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to accept the minutes of the Regular meeting of June 13, 2007 as submitted. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to accept the application submitted by Four Corners LLC, 4 Old Mill Road for a Site Plan Approval for office and retail store on 4 Old Mill Road and to schedule a public hearing for August 8, 2007. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion to approve the request by Georgetown Land Development Co. to reduce the letter of credit. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 p.m. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
