REGULAR MEETING
Chairman Taylor called the regular meeting of the Redding Zoning Commission to order at 9:34 p.m.
CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion to accept the minutes of the Public Hearing of May 23, 2007 as submitted. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
REEDA B. HARSCHE, THREE LEVELS CORP., 626 REDDING ROAD
Discussion was tabled as this application is still in public hearing.
BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF REDDING, 170 CROSS HIGHWAY
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to approve the application submitted by the Boys and Girls Club of Redding for a Limited Duration Permit for the annual Boys and Girls Club Barbeque to be held Saturday June 16, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and to waive all fees except to publication fees. Mr. Ventricelli seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
FOUR CORNERS, LLC, 4 OLD MILL ROAD
Dan Conlin was present for the application and explained that the proposal is for a new 7,000 square foot building at 4 Old Mill Road in Georgetown. The ground floor will be retail and the second floor will be office space. This will entail substantial grading and rock removal. WPCA has not reviewed this application yet.
The Commission requested that Mr. Gormley review this application for completeness.
CORRESPONDENCE
Mr. Taylor reviewed the correspondence. Among the correspondence was a request for an amendment to change the Zoning Regulations, section 5.3.6(f) from Mr. Lake. The Commission will send this for review.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:53 p.m. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
