REGULAR MEETING
Mr. Taylor called the regular meeting of the Redding Zoning Commission to order at 9:38 p.m. and seated Ms. Atamian for Mr. Marshall.
CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of February 28, 2007 as submitted. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.

Mr. Taylor would like to review this application further prior to making a decision.
Parker Coates-Amendment to the Zoning Regulations Section 4.2 by adding 4.2.8 in the R-2 Zone for Active Adult Residential Villages.
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion to deny the application submitted by Parker Coates for an amendment to the Zoning Regulations Section 4.2 by adding 4.2.8 in the R-2 Zone for Active Adult Residential Villages. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:58 p.m. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
