PUBLIC HEARING
Elio Cavicchia Sixty Redding, LLC, 60 Redding Road
Mr. Taylor reconvened the public hearing for Elio Cavicchia Sixty Redding, LLC at 7:33 p.m. and seated Mr. Shaban for Mr. Sanford.
Nicole Burnham of Milone and MacBroom was present and stated that she has reviewed the walls and the rock slope. She indicated that the Geology report is complete and she believes the findings are appropriate; however, they did not get transferred to the plans. The rock wall will need to be evaluated.
Present for the application was Richard Contois and Peter Heynen. Mr. Heynen did review Ms. Burnham’s report and concurs with her findings. He submitted a letter to the Commission outlining their comments responding to Ms. Burnham’s report.
Mr. Contois and Mr. Heynen stated that they would be willing to report to the Board annually regarding inspections of the wall.
There was no one from the public wishing to speak regarding this application.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to close the public hearing for Elio Cavicchia, Sixty Redding Road LLC. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
