PUBLIC HEARING
Elio Cavicchia Sixty Redding, LLC, 60 Redding Road
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to reconvene the public hearing for Elio Cavicchia for a Site Plan Approval for a commercial building at 60 Redding Road. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
The applicant had requested an extension of this public hearing as they have not yet obtained all the necessary information from their engineer. Mr. Taylor asked Mr. Gormley to inform the applicant that if they are not ready by the next meeting, the public hearing will be closed and the application will be denied.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to continue the public hearing until the next meeting of February 14, 2007. Mr. Gordon seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
