PUBLIC HEARINGS
REDDING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTA-LIMITED DURATION PERMIT FOR PTA
GIFT EXTRAVAGANZA
Mr. Gordon read the legal notice into the record.
MOTION: Mr. Gordon made a motion to enter the public hearing for Redding Elementary
School PTA for a limited Duration Permit for a PTA Gift Extravaganza. Mr. Sanford seconded
the motion and it was carried unanimously.
A representative from the PTA was present and explained that the proposal is for a 2006 Holiday
Gift Extravaganza to be held at the Redding Elementary School in the gym and cafeteria. This is
to benefit the PTA and the school functions.
There will be police present for traffic control.
Offsite location of signs needs to be reported to Mr. Gormley.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to close the public hearing for the Redding Elementary
School PTA . Mr. Ventricelli seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
