PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Maureen Grimaldi, 22 Hopewell Woods Road-Application for Special Permit for a residential in-law apartment on 22 Hopewell Woods Road.
Mr. Gordon read the legal notice into the record.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to enter the public hearing for the application submitted by Maureen Grimaldi for a special permit for a residential in-law apartment on 22 Hopewell Woods Road at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
Ms. Grimaldi reviewed the plans with the Commission and explained that the total new addition would be 600 square feet, which includes a breezeway between the main house and the apartment.
There was no one from the public wishing to speak regarding this application.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to close the public hearing at 7:33 p.m. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
