PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Redding Garden Club & New Pond Farm-Limited Duration Permit for Garden Tour called for Love of Gardening on Saturday June 10, 2006 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30p.m.
Mr. Gordon read the legal notice into the record.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to enter the public hearing for the application submitted by the Redding Garden Club and New Pond Farm for a limited duration Permit for a Garden Tour to be held on Saturday, June 10, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
Representatives of the Redding Garden Club and New Pond Farm were present and stated that there was an error on the agenda, the time of the event will be from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
It is a driving tour in which New Pond Farm is one of the gardens. Each person will be given a different set of directions so that there will not be a group of people at any one given location at one time. The attendees may purchase a box lunch at the New Pond Farm.
MOTION: Mr. Casiello made a motion to close the public hearing at 7:35 p.m. Mr. Sanford seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
