REGULAR MEETING
Chairman Frank Taylor called the regular meeting of the Redding Zoning Commission to order at
9:36 p.m.
APPROVAL OF THE PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 22, 2006
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
February 22, 2006 as submitted. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried
unanimously.

February 22, 2006 as submitted. Mr. Casiello seconded the motion and it was carried
unanimously.
Georgetown Land Development, Main Street, Georgetown
This application is still in public hearing, therefore discussion was tabled.
Discussion
Mr. Gormley explained that Mr. Poltrack had contacted him regarding the release of the first part
of the bond. Not all the work is complete and it would take the modification to area “C” to bring
them into compliance. Therefore, Mr. Taylor indicated that the Commission would not review
the release of the bond until they obtain a Certificate of Compliance.
Mr. Gormley also explained that the Commission had approved the installation of two storage
tanks at the elementary school and the Town Garage. The vendor has changed since the approval,
however, the tanks are the same.
MOTION: Mr. Sanford made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:42 p.m. Mr. Casiello
seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
