3) Application 11-12Z - Michael Calise, Owner of 3 Main Street (Assessor’s Map 46 & Lot 18)– Application for Site Plan and discussion with commission regarding 3 Main Street, Georgetown.
Michael Calise presented the application to the Commission. The last use for the property was as an office and the property is pre-existing and non-conforming. Because of these conditions, Mr. Calise has 3 choices: maintain the use as an office, donate the some property to the Town and be absolved from parking requirements for a new use or request a variance from the ZBA. Mr. Calise said that there is no interest in his property as an office and the Town will not accept the property donated as it has a structure on it, and could not obtain a variance from the ZBA. Robert Flanagan, ZEO, offered to assist Mr. Calise in navigating the process of solving his problem.
4) Application 11-13Z – Oscaletta Enterprises, LLC: Owner – 9 Brookside Rd Unit D (Assessor’s Map 46 & Lot 65) - Titus Built, LLC: Tenant – Kevin O’Brien: Agent – Application for a Site Plan for a new business.
Kevin O’Brien presented the application to the Commission. This is a change of use but the building and the parking requirements will not change.
