Call on Planning and Conservation to open their special meetings
1. Pre-application workshop with Georgetown Land Development Company
The land use Commissions will here preliminary plans from GLDC for development on the South side of Rt 107.
This is an opportunity for the various Land Use Commissions to hear the developer’s plans. No comments from any member of any of the Land Use Commissions shall be taken as an indication of how that commission or commission member will ultimately view and comment on the formal application when submitted to his/her commission for approval.
