2) The First Church of Christ Congregational , 25 Cross Highway – Discuss Limited Duration Special Use Permit for “Annual Church Fair” to be held on September 29, 2007 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Previously held last year on September 30, 2006.
3) New Pond Farm, 101 Marchant Road – Discuss Limited Duration Special Use Permit for “Annual Founder’s May Fair to be held on May 19th, 2007 (rain date 20th) from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Previously held last 24 years.
4) Procedures: Review procedures for receiving materials and setting public hearings.
5) Future Agenda: Reeda B. Harsche Three Levels Corp. 626 Redding Road – Discuss Site Plan for zone change on a 14 acre parcel of land located at 626 Redding Road and Gallows Hill Road from R-2 to RV. Public Hearing scheduled for May 23, 2007.
