Dear Business Owner:
The Town of Redding Zoning Commission revised its regulations with respect to signage in commercial zones on May 14, 2008. The changes promulgated have created increased flexibility for business owners to be in compliance with the Zoning Regulations.
To that end, the Zoning Office would like to make our initial contact with your business as easy as possible. We are asking all business owners to electronically file with the Zoning Office a Sign Compliance Worksheet.
Moving forward, once your compliance worksheet has been received electronically by the Zoning Office, the Zoning Enforcement Officer will schedule an appointment and visit your business location, to do an onsite audit of your signage.
