The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

REGULAR APPLICATIONS:
0510-1: 147 Redding Road, Jacek and Anna Grzybowinski, Owners, Arnaud de la Gueronniere, Agent—request variance to Sec 4.6.5(a), reduce front yard setback from 50 feet to 35 feet, proposed garage and driveway revision. (Postponed from April 20, 2010)
Arnaud de la Gueronniere presented the application to the Board. Jacek Grzybowinski, property owner, was also present to answer questions. The purpose of the project is to construct a new 2 car garage, increase the living space from 1139 square feet to 3200 (adding 2061 square feet), and increase gross square feet from 2554 to 4869 and make a driveway revision for easier access on a steep, heavily ledged parcel. During discussion it was determined that the frontage of the property was questionable, and that a variance may be required for a rear setback, not a front setback as first noticed.
Upon motion of Ms. Litof and second of Mr. Given, the Board entered Deliberative Session at 8:25 p.m.
After discussion and careful consideration, the Board determined that the item would be tabled until advised from legal counsel whether this was to be considered a front or rear setback.
Upon motion of Ms. Litoff and second of Mr. Given, the Board unanimously voted to table discussion and vote of this item pending legal counsel, and will advise the applicant as to correct wording of a re-application.
Upon motion of Ms. Litof and second of Mr. Given, the Board voted to exit deliberative session at 8:27 p.m.
The Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 8:30 p.m.
