MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 15, 2009—8:00 P.M.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m.
REGULAR APPLICATIONS:
0909-1:21 Deer Spring Road, Philip J LoPresti, Sr., Owner/Applicant: Request for variance to Sec 5.12.3(b), allow square footage to exceed maximum allowance for expansion of existing room.
Mr. LoPresti and his builder, Scott Meyer, presented the application and answered questions from the Board. It was determined that maps and blueprints with information that the Board needed to make a decision had been dropped off at the Land Use office and were not available. This item will be postponed to the October 20, 2009 meeting, so that all documentation can be obtained
The Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.
