2. Application 01-12-01- 9 Sunset Hill Road – Map 15 & Lot 14 – Owner Joseph Liguori – Requesting a variance of 32’ feet from Section 4.6 of the Zoning Regulations for a residential power generator, which requires a 40’ foot side yard setback in the R2 Zone.
3. Application 01-12-03 – 151 Old Redding Road – Map 27 & Lot 5 – Owner: Carol Swenson – Requesting a variance of 5’ feet from Section 4.6 of the Zoning Regulations for a residential power generator, which requires a 40’ foot side yard setback in the R2 Zone.
4. Application 02-12-3 – 439 Redding Road – Map 29 & Lot 77 -The Mark Twain Library – Requesting a variance from Zoning Regulation 5.9 on the number of signs and period of time displayed for the library’s Town-Wide Annual Fundraising Event. Requesting variance for 35 (“lawn”) signs to be erected by Library Supporters for approximately 4 weeks beginning as early as mid-March and ending as late as late April. All signs are to be placed in the R2 Zone.
5. Application 02-12-4 – 3 Main Street – Map 46 & Lot 18 – Owner: Michael Calise – Requesting a variance from Zoning Regulation 5.6.2 (Parking Requirements) to allow for retail use in the BC Zone.
