PUBLIC HEARING
DECEMBER 15, 2010
Present: J. Shaban, T. Eubanks, D. Pattee, P. Moisio, D. Robinson
Also present: R. Gervais (Veolia Water) and one member of the public
Mr. Shaban called the Public Hearing to order at 7:30 pm for the purpose of adopting the Regulations Regarding the Use of Sanitary Sewers in the Town of Redding: Regulations of Water Pollution Control Commission.
Mr. Pattee read the call of the meeting. Notice of the meeting was posted with the Town Clerk and noticed in the Redding Pilot issue of December 2, 2010.
Motion: move to accept the call of the meeting as read. Moisio, Robinson. Approved. Unanimous.
There were no comments or questions on regarding the Regulations.
Motion: move that the Public Hearing be closed. Moisio, Robinson. Approved. Unanimous.
The Public Hearing was closed at 7:34 pm
