Grande, Redding Town Clerk Minutes Special Board of Selectmen meeting October 26, 2009 10:00 a.m. - Town Hall Conference Room First Selectman Natalie Ketcham called the meeting to order at 10:05am. On the motion of Don Takacs, seconded by Tina Miller, the board went into Executive Session to discuss cell tower lease negotiations.
