Special Board of Selectmen meeting
September 30, 2008
Town Hall
First Selectmen Natalie Ketcham called the meeting to order at 7:20pm. On the motion of Don Takacs, seconded by N. Ketcham, the board unanimously approved a transfer of $9137 from Contingency to Highway New Equipment for two new furnaces at the Highway Garage.
On the motion of D. Takacs, seconded by N. Ketcham, the board unanimously approved moving John Shaban from Zoning Commission alternate to full member to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Frank Taylor.
On the motion of D. Takacs, seconded by N. Ketcham, the board approved a resolution authorizing Natalie T. Ketcham to execute a DMHAS MOU with the Town of Redding.
On the motion of D. Takacs, seconded by N. Ketcham, the board adjourned at 7:30pm.
