Present: Natalie Ketcham, Tina Miller, Donald Takacs
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 P.M.
Motion: We hereby authorize Natalie Ketcham, First Selectman, Town of Redding, to enter into an employment agreement with Douglas Fuchs, as Police Chief, Town of Redding, effective July 1, 2008. (Miller)

Approved, unanimously.
