Present: Natalie Ketcham, Tina Miller, Don Takacs
First Selectman Natalie Ketcham called the meeting to order at 10:05am. On the motion of Tina Miller, seconded by Don Takacs, the board went into executive session to discuss matters pertaining to contract negotiations. The board returned to public session at 11:30 am. No action was taken and the board adjourned immediately.
