Special Board of Selectmen’s Meeting
November 29, 2006

Present First Selectman, Natalie Ketcham, Selectman, Tina Miller
First Selectman Natalie Ketcham called the meeting to order at 4:10 pm.
Motion: Tina Miller moved that the Board of Selectmen adopt the resolution authorizing the
First Selectman, or in her absence, the Board of Finance chair, to execute a retail
electric supply agreement as part of the CCM bid process. N. Ketcham seconded
the motion, and it passed unanimously.
Motion: T. Miller moved that the Board of Selectmen approve the meeting dates for 2007 as
presented. N. Ketcham seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 4:20 pm.
