a) Resolution authorizing Selectmen, Donald Takacs and/or Julia Pemberton
to execute and deliver in the name of the Town a Telephone Distribution
Easement presented to Southern New England Telephone Company
b) Resolution authorizing Selectmen, Donald Takacs and/or Julia Pemberton
to execute and deliver in the name of the Town an Electric Distribution
Easement presented to Connecticut Light and Power Company
2. Executive Session to discuss contract negotiations
