	AGENDA Emergency Board of Selectmen Meeting March 29, 2006 4:00 pm - Town Hall 1. Action on the following resolution: Be it hereby resolved by the Redding Board of Selectmen that Natalie T. Ketcham, its duly elected First Selectman, is authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with The State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Management & Homeland Security on behalf of the Town of Redding in order to receive grant funds in the amount of $49,276.
