REVIEW OF MINUTES:  Bernice asked if there were any omissions errors or corrections
to the minutes.  There were none.  The minutes were accepted.

OLD BUSINESS:  Matt suggested we add Gecoding to our EMS Charts program in order to document  ambulance mileage for Medicare billing..  Bernice noted that Georgetown and West Redding have that already in place.

Matt noted that requests for training in crisis intervention and assisting medics with certain interventions
would be coming possibly in the spring.

Matt also noted that Meadow Ridge has a new Executive Director. Natalie will be meeting with her soon.

NEW BUSINESS:  Natalie said Redding has appropriated approximately $8,000.for a new EMD CAD system.
Bernice discussed the fact that all departments were not familiar with how this new system works and should have it clarified for them.

Natalie asked about the lettering of the Paramedic vehicles from Bethel.  Matt agreed to add “Servicing the Towns of Redding and Bethel” to the Medic cars.

Natalie asked that each of the Ambulance services send an alternate if they are unable to attend a meeting.

At 7:45 Natalie made a motion to adjourn that was seconded by Bernice.

Respectfully Submitted,

Bernice Scherb
