MEMBERS
PRESENT: Bernice Scherb, Ron Romano, Natalie Ketcham, Wade Roese
GUESTS
PRESENT: Matthew Cassavechia, Joseph Miceli, Doug Fuchs,
Michael Heibeck
The meeting was called to order at 17:10 by Ron Romano. At 17:11 Ron made
a motion to move to Executive Session. This was seconded by Bernice and
passed unanimously.
At 18:05 the meeting came out of Executive session.
Mattew Cassavechia and Doug Fuchs left the meeting.
Ron made a motion that Natalie sign the contract for Paramedic Service with
Danbury Health Systems. Bernice seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously.
Joe Miceli made a motion to encourage quarterly training with Danbury Health
Systems. This motion was passed unanimously.
Natalie will contact Joe DeSimone to inform him of the decision to terminate
Danbury Ambulance and to contract with Danbury Health Systems as of midnight
June 30th 2009.
Ron made a motion to adjourn at 18:20. This was seconded by Bernice and carried
unanimously.
