Present: Ron Romano, Wade Roese, Natalie Ketcham, Nancy Davis

The meeting was called to order at 17:05 by Ron Romano.
The meeting went into Executive session at 17:06.
The meeting came out of Executive session at 18:10.
The next meeting will be Monday June 8th at Town Hall at 17:00.
Ron made a motion to adjourn at 18:15. This motion was seconded
by Natalie and passed unanimously.
