MEETING MINUTES
Present: D. Takacs, J. Dorenbosch, C. Hocker, A. Scott, P. Winstanley (8:10 pm), P. Degener (8:20 pm), L. Pelzar (8:24 pm)

Mr. Takacs called the meeting to order at 8:07 pm
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: move to approve the minutes of the November 15, 2011 meeting as submitted. Hocker, Scott. Approved. Unanimous.
Motion: move to approve the minutes of the December 6, 2011 meeting as submitted. Hocker, Scott. Approved. Unanimous.
Mr. Winstanley arrived, 8:10 pm
RECAP CORPORATE FUNDING GUIDELINES AND NEXT STEPS
Mr. Takacs reported that the request for an exception to the regulations regarding signage can go directly to the Zoning Board of Appeals. Their next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 17, and Mr. Takacs will request that the issue be placed on the agenda for that meeting. The request will include flat signage on the field, bricks, horizontal and vertical monuments, banners etc. None of the signage concepts will be visible from the street, and very little will be visible from the Redding Community Center parking lot.

Mrs. Pelzar arrived, 8:24 pm
Mr. Degener provided information on the type of sponsorship kit that is being developed. He demonstrated the various types, levels and samples of recognitions that could be developed. Discussion of what should be included followed.
Mr. Takacs will confirm the time and date of the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting and let everyone know.
IDENTIFY RAFF TAX FREE DONATIONS APPROACH AND NEXT STEPS
Mr. Hocker is working on an email appeal for donations and pledges. He will provide the email appeal to the Committee members and supporting groups (Soccer Club, Boys’ & Girls’ Club, etc), and suggest they send it out to their email contacts.
