Mr. Takacs called the November 10, 2010 meeting to order at 8:40 pm in the Redding Town Office Building.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion:  move to approve the minutes of the October 5 2010 meeting as submitted.  Dorenbosch, Hocker.  Approved. Unanimous.

FIELDS STATUS AND NEXT STEPS
The Public Hearing on the proposed changes to the Redding Community Center Field #2 was held prior to this meeting.  The Town engineer, Milone & MacBroom, submitted a review and additional questions and comments to Blades and Goven on October 19.  Mr. Blades reported he responded to the questions and comments within the week.  A follow-up was received from Milone & MacBroom just prior to the Public Hearing.

The primary open issues involve the impact on the improvements for Field #2 on Field #1.  Mr. Blades will forward a copy of the construction documents to Milone & MacBroom, and he believes that will answer the concerns.  In addition, the Zoning commission asked that a survey be completed for the file.  The survey is for the area 100 feet around the perimeter of Field #2. Mr. Blades will order the survey.

The Public Hearing was continued to the Zoning Meeting on December 8, 2010.

UPDATE STATUS OF 501(C)(3) FOR COLLECTION OF NEEDED FUNDS TO COMPLETE RCC #2
Mr. Hocker reported the IRS application for the 501(C)(3) is 99% complete.  He will complete a final review of the application and mail it to the IRS.

NEXT MEETING
The December 7 meeting date was changed to December 8, to be held immediately following the Zoning Commission Public Hearing.

ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 9:12 pm

Respectfully submitted,
