Fairfield County  Deer Management Alliance:  
The town of Redding is a member of the eighteen-town Fairfield County  Deer Management Alliance (FCDMA), which works to find solutions to the size and activity of the deer population. Excess deer cause destruction of the natural landscape and spread Lyme disease, among other things.  For more information go to the FCDMA web site:
