MINUTES FROM SITE MEETING

for Lot Line Revision, 65 and 67 Umpawaug Road

Meeting started on time at 9:30 AM.

  • Site conditions including future driveways, approximate property lines, etc. were easily located from mapping, relationships to existing site features, etc.
  • Observed existing site conditions, including topography, trees, stone walls, existing driveway easement, etc.
  • Observed approximate conditions related to grading needed for driveways, potential sight distances, etc from future driveway locations for both lots.

The following observations summarize the presentation and discussion:
  • There is a large site area remote from the road, but it appears that there is ample potential access to this site area for present or future development.
  • Unless the Commission's consultants reveal constraints to development under present conditions that would be resolved by the lot line change, it appears that no change to the two parcels' development potential will be created by the proposed change.

Meeting was concluded, left site at approximately 10:00 AM.
