Meeting started on time at 10:00 AM.
- Siting of Construction Driveway at existing barway, existing approved Driveway location, other potential driveway locations for southerly lot, and other relevant site features were easily located from mapping, staking, relationships to existing site features, etc.
- Observed existing site conditions, including topography, trees, stone walls, etc.
- Observed actual conditions related to sight distances from approved, proposed, and potential driveway locations, including any necessary clearing, regarding, tree removal, etc.
The following observations summarize the presentation and discussion:
- Actual, on-site sight distances (as opposed to calculated or mapped distances) appear to be at their longest from the Construction Driveway location at existing barway.
- Sight distances from the existing approved driveway location may be marginal in meeting state standards.
- This has implications for both the northern and southern lots on the subject property.
Meeting was concluded, left site at approximately 10:45 AM.
