Meeting started on time at 9:30 AM.
- Reviewed maps with Mr. Soler who indicated the evolution of the site plan in reference to approved Master Plan.
- Observed general progress in demolition and site preparation, and general configuration of the site’s commercial area.
- Observed proposed lot locations and existing conditions related to building development on those lots.
- Observed conditions related to proposed vehicular and pedestrian traffic on the site.
- Observed offsite conditions along Portland Avenue, related to Affordable Housing building.
- Observed conditions related to comments from Commission’s consultants.
Meeting was concluded, left site at approximately 10:30 AM.
