Meeting started on time at 10:00 AM.
- Observed existing site conditions, including topography, wooded areas, significant trees, neighboring properties, etc.
- Observed proposed location for pool. Siting of pool was easily located from lines painted on the site, although related features such as terraces, retaining walls and/or re-graded areas, swimming pool equipment, swimming pool fencing, relocation of house footing drain outlets, etc. were not as readily visible.
- Location of side yard setback line per zoning was readily discernible from the position of the house on the property.
The following observations summarize the presentation and discussion, and the eventual consensus of the attending Commissioners:
- There was a general consensus that the proposed work would be consistent with the provisions of the originally approved Lot Development Plan.
Meeting was concluded, left site at approximately 10:30 AM.
